Renee is the Design Lead for Zeitler Design. Her superpower is creating binge-worthy brands that feel deeply personal, effortlessly elevated, and firmly founded in joy and connection. Her approach seamlessly integrates brand strategy, identity / web design, and storytelling, ensuring her work authentically reflects each client’s unique personality and profoundly resonates with the target audience. Renee is a Portland State University graduate with a degree in writing, 9 years of hands-on experience brand building, and a propensity for coaching people into the boldest, most realized versions of themselves.

Navya is Zeitler Design’s UX Designer, crafting web experiences that are as intuitive as they are visually compelling. With a deep understanding of user behavior and brand identity, she conducts research to align strategy with user needs, designs and prototypes in Figma, and sees projects through development, QA, and brand offboarding. She’s passionate about ensuring every interaction feels seamless and meaningful—pushing creative boundaries so no great idea gets stuck behind a glass ceiling.

Navya thrives on getting lost in the details, whether it’s fine-tuning a website to perfectly reflect a brand or illustrating by hand to add a unique touch. With her bright energy and laughs, she makes the design process just as enjoyable as the final product.
